The role

You design and maintain high-performance web applications and fintech platforms: React on the front end, .NET Core and C# on the back, SQL Server and Redis underneath. You collaborate closely, mentor generously, and care that what ships is scalable, user-friendly, and secure.

What you’ll own

  • Front end: responsive, user-centric interfaces in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Back end: robust APIs and server-side logic in .NET Core and C#.
  • Data: SQL Server plus caching layers like Redis for efficient data management.
  • Integration: third-party services and APIs woven into the platform cleanly.
  • Lifecycle: the full arc from architecture design through deployment and maintenance.
  • Mentorship: guide junior developers and hold the line on coding standards.
  • Optimization: debug, troubleshoot, and enhance performance in QA and production.

Technical skills

  • Front end: advanced React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and the modern library ecosystem.
  • Back end: extensive .NET Core and C# for scalable application development.
  • APIs: expertise building and integrating RESTful APIs and Web APIs.
  • Databases: SQL Server proficiency; caching with Redis.
  • Process: Git, SCRUM ceremonies, and disciplined code review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of software development experience.
  • A track record of fintech or other high-stakes production platforms is a strong plus.
