The role

You join the team designing and developing for one of the leading providers of fleet-mobility solutions, software that dealerships, automotive manufacturers, automotive groups, and car-rental companies depend on daily.

You are proficient across the stack: designing user interactions on the front end, building the servers and databases behind them, and treating user experience and functionality as one problem, never two. Responsibilities

  • Learn, adhere to, and enforce the client’s standards and best practices.
  • Deliver the highest quality designs and code for the project.
  • Participate in SCRUM ceremonies: daily stand-up, planning sessions, retros.
  • Provide estimates for tasks and progress updates while working them.
  • Research and troubleshoot issues in QA and production.
  • Adhere to SOLID principles.

Qualifications

  • Angular: 2+ years with the framework in production.
  • .NET / C#: 2+ years building back-end services.
  • Web APIs: able to develop them from the ground up.
  • Data: SQL Server familiarity; Redis experience.
  • Version control: Git.
  • Bonus: VB.NET or the Aurelia framework.

  • Willing to pitch ideas and test new approaches.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough, with the sleuthing skills to chase a bug and the discipline to document what you found.
  • Organized enough to run your own workload on a distributed team.
